Fixing messy systems for real users under pressure

I work on products where things get complicated fast — multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, real constraints. I focus on understanding what’s actually breaking for users and designing clarity that survives those constraints.

Data-heavy systems
Multi-role workflows
Decision-driven UX
Internal & enterprise tools
High-frequency products

Enterprise Sales System

Addressed trust breakdown in high-pressure sales workflows — moving teams from Excel-heavy processes to more reliable decisions.

Multi-Role Edtech Platform

Shipped 4 apps, end to end, for students, parents, teachers and management for Tier 2 and tier 3 schools with varied literacy users.

Quick Commerce Platform

Designed new, adaptive widgets across key commerce surfaces, using familiar supermarket cues to help users quickly understand value and savings without extra effort.

Some other variety of Projects I have worked on…

I love solving and finding the right problems. Why system is breaking? How to fix it? What possibilities in budget and constraints? And optimal results? I love the thrill of it uncovering the mystery on and off career.

So what I have been doing…

2021-22
What started as designing and building JKLU's first design website led to creation of Get Popular Consulting, where I and my sister freelanced. Got into college Honours list too.
2023
Completed College, started my internship and job at Fractal Ink and was part of project that won use Super Squad award
2025
The LMS app done during freelance got published (1k+ Downloads) and I started focusing on learning AI and Prompt Engineering.

Behind the Products...

Start with what's breaking → Research and Iterate → Design clarity → Test with real users and Iterate → Ship
Thats how I Design... But not always! I feel every product every problem requires a different approach and a different process.

What They Say About Me

The product shifted how teams perceived the platform—from something they worked around to something they relied on. Adoption improved, conversations became more action-oriented, and sales teams spent more time selling instead of validating data.

CEOAFPMS

Kashika consistently approached design problems with depth and maturity beyond her experience. Her ability to adapt to new domains, take feedback seriously, and translate complex requirements into usable structures stood out during her academic and professional work.

MentorJKLU

Kashika is a dependable and collaborative team member who communicates clearly, asks the right questions early, and is thoughtful about feedback. She brings strong UX rigor while keeping the user at the center, and her growing confidence has made her an increasingly valuable contributor to the team.
